Cyberoam Regional Distributor Meet for the Final Drive of Year 2006-07 |

| Elitecore, the vendor of Cyberoam-Identity-based Unified Threat Management Appliances (UTM) which offers integrated Internet security has organized its regional distributor meet in Goa during 18th and 19th January. |

| The Final Drive Meet aimed at achieving Cyberoam’s ambitious sales targets for the year ending March 2007, would ensure Cyberoam’s leadership in the Indian Internet security market. Cyberoam announced a whole range of incentives and support initiatives to partners, as well as customers to drive the initiative. |

| “Year 2006 has been a momentous year for Cyberoam,” says Digvijaysinh Chudasama, VP-Sales, Cyberoam, India. “We have partnered with Avaya Global Connect for national distribution of Cyberoam. Significantly, we have built a 60+ strong partner network across India within a short period of 6 months.” |

| Speaking on the eve of the sales meet, Mr. Chudasama added, “We have shown exceptional performance during the 3 quarters of 2006 and it wouldn’t have been possible without the constant efforts of our channel partners and associates.” “Now, we are fully geared up to for The Final Drive of this year. | With the presence of the Elitecore Top Management at the event, Cyberoam is announcing a whole range of sales team incentives and market development funds to the partners. Comprehensive training programs for partners, a slew of centralized and partner-specific marketing activities such as road shows, direct mailer campaigns and telemarketing initiatives are on the cards. |

| In addition, the meet was also aimed at celebrating Cyberoam’s achievements in the year 2006 in both Indian and International markets with their partners and distributors.
